7. Data Consumer Settings
A Data Consumer in Mobius GMLC is a 3GPP “LCS Client” profile that the GMLC uses to authenticate north-bound requests and to decide what the client may request, how privacy must be enforced, and in which format/QoS results are returned.
Each profile applies to all requests that authenticate as that client (Le/API/UI) and drives behaviour for one-time MT-LR as well as deferred/periodic LDR sessions. The configuration is organised across four tabs that map directly to 3GPP IEs and procedures: Main (authorisation & privacy per [TS 23.271] and supported shapes per [TS 23.032]), Identification (LCS-Client / Requestor identities carried on Le/Lh/SLh), Fine Tuning (QoS, estimate type, and fallback policy), and PLMN (where periodic/deferred reporting is permitted per RAT/PLMN).
