7. Provisioning History

The Provisioning History section provides a searchable and paginated log of all provisioning operations that have been performed in the system. This is a read-only view intended for diagnostic, audit, or support purposes.
Note: If no provisioning operations have been triggered yet, the view will display an empty table with the message:  "No records have been found in database."
