The MGCP Destinations module defines where the Mobius MGCP sends MGCP traffic and how it establishes logical communication domains for controllers (Call Agents / Softswitches).
A Destination represents the top-level container that groups one or more MGCP Servers and their associated Links.
Each Destination functions independently.
