10. USSD Menus Management

The Menus section defines how USSD requests are mapped to services, applications, or external platforms.

Each USSD Menu represents a logical entry point (short code) and determines how USSD dialogs are initiated, processed, and forwarded.
Important:
HTTP and SMPP destinations are not created in the USSD module.
They must already exist in their respective HTTP Gateway or SMPP Gateway modules.
The USSD Gateway references and uses those destinations.
