9. USSD Virtual Network Configuration

The Virtual Network configuration allows defining USSD-specific routing and addressing parameters per logical network, enabling the USSD Gateway to operate in multi-network, multi-tenant, or multi-operator environments.

Important: The Mobius USSD Gateway does not create Virtual Networks itself.
It only uses Virtual Networks that were previously created and configured in the Mobius Routing module.
Each Virtual Network represents an isolated routing and addressing context.
